Sausage Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 zucchini, sliced with the skins on
    5 peppers, diced
    1 small pkg. fresh mushrooms
    2 chicken breasts, boiled, then shredded or pulled apart
    2 pkg. sweet Italian sausage
    5 onions, diced
    2 or 3 cans Hunt's traditional sauce
Preparation
    Boil the sausages for 20 minutes, then poke a hole in them so that they drain.
    Slice the sausages. Saute the onions and peppers until the onions are translucent, then add the zucchini and mushrooms. Combine the sausages, chicken, vegetables and sauce in a large pot and simmer for about 1 hour.
