Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. milk
    3 eggs, separated
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 lb. grated sharp cheese
    10 slices bread, trim crust and cube
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter; add bread crumbs.
    Add beaten egg yolks, milk and cheese.
    Add dry ingredients.
    Beat egg whites.
    Fold into egg and milk mixture.
    Let set 12 hours in refrigerator.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or until set.
