John Clapham'S Antipasto Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) can pitted black olives
    1 (4 oz.) jar Italian roasted red peppers
    1/4 lb. thinly sliced Prosciutto (ham)
Preparation
    Drain the olives and peppers.
    Cut the peppers into 1-inch strips.
    Center a strip of pepper on each slice of meat.
    Put an olive at one end of the meat and roll jelly roll style.
    Use toothpicks to secure them.
