Cranberry Cookies - cooking recipe

1 c. margarine
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/3 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup diced cranberries
1 cup chopped nuts
Preparation

Beat margarine for 30 seconds. Add one cup of the flour, brown sugar, sugar, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla and baking soda. Beat until thoroughly combined then beat in the remaining flour. Stir in oats, cranberries and nuts. Drop by teaspoons 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until edges are golden. Cool on wire rack.
