Carl'S Camp Stove Pork Chops - cooking recipe

24 pork chops
1 gal. buttermilk
3 Tbsp. salt
3 Tbsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
2 c. flour
Preparation

In a very large bowl, put in the pork chops.
Add the salt, pepper and parsley flakes to the buttermilk.
Pour over the pork chops, making sure liquid covers all the chops.
Marinate for at least 8 hours.
