Trail Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw long grain rice
    1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. dried green pepper flakes
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    2 tsp. beef flavored bouillon
    1/2 tsp. dry shredded green onion
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. dry thyme
    1/8 tsp. red cayenne pepper
    2 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. smoked sausage, cut into 1/4 inch slices
Preparation
    Combine rice and next 9 ingredients with 2 cups water and tomato sauce in Dutch oven.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes.
    Stir in sausage and cook until mixture is thoroughly heated. Yield: 4 servings.
