Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated cheese
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Mix all together and put into a Pyrex dish.
Cover with crushed Ritz crackers.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 30 minutes.
