Party Buffet Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar (2 1/2 oz.) dried beef
    4 chicken breast halves, boned (skinned also if you wish)
    butter
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    1/3 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 small can pitted ripe olives, drained and sliced
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    2 Tbsp. white wine or vermouth (optional)
Preparation
    Line shallow casserole with dried beef.
    Brown chicken in butter and place on beef.
    Mix soup, half and half, poultry seasoning and 2 tablespoons white wine or vermouth until smooth. Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 10 minutes longer.
