Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 crust
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
2 c. pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 2/3 c. evaporated milk (1 can)
Preparation

Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
Beat eggs slightly with fork.
Beat in remaining ingredients.
Place pastry lined pie plate on oven rack; pour in filling.
Bake 15 minutes.
Reduce oven temperature to 350\u00b0.
Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean, approximately 1 hour.
Cool.
