Peanut Butter Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. plain unsifted flour
    1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. (2 sticks) butter or margarine, softened
    1/2 c. peanut butter (either smooth or crunchy)
    4 large eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, flour, cocoa and baking powder.
    In medium size bowl, beat together butter and peanut butter, until fluffy.
    Now, beat in eggs and milk.
    Add peanut butter mixture to flour mixture.
    Stir until smooth and well combined.
    Spread evenly into 13 x 9 x 2-inch sprayed pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.
