Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice
    3/4 stick butter
    1 can Campbell's beef consomme
    1 can Campbell's onion soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Melt butter in casserole dish.
    Stir uncooked rice in butter until coated.
    Add the soups and water.
    Cook for 1 hour in oven at 325\u00b0, covered.
    After an hour, remove cover and stir.
    If rice is not soft (done) let cook uncovered a little longer.
