Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. fat (bacon drippings)
    2 small to medium onions, chopped
    4 celery stalks, chopped
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. water
    1 can tomatoes
    1 can tomato sauce
Preparation
    Boil shrimp until it turns pink (approximately 5 to 10 minutes); devein and de-shell.
    Cook onions and celery in bacon drippings.
    Add flour and seasonings and blend.
    Slowly add water. Add everything else except shrimp.
    Cook for 30 minutes.
