Zucchini And Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium zucchini, sliced
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 large onion, thinly sliced
    2 large tomatoes, peeled and sliced
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
    flour, salt and pepper
Preparation
    Season the flour with salt and pepper.
    Dredge the zucchini in the flour.
    In a large skillet, saute in oil until browned (add more oil if needed).
    Transfer to paper towel and drain.
