Steamed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10-inch) fish (best if white ocean fish)
    1 thumb-sized piece ginger, crushed
    1 green onion, minced
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1 Tbsp. peanut oil
Preparation
    Clean fish and lightly sprinkle with salt in stomach.
    Boil water in pan big enough for fish.
    Use enough water to just cover fish.
    When water boils, add fish and ginger.
    Turn heat off, cover and let stand 30 minutes.
    Take fish out on platter.
