Polish Stuffed Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 cabbage leaves
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. raw rice, wash and drain
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 egg
1/2 tsp. poultry season or oregano
1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 c. water
8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
Preparation

Cover cabbage leaves with cool water, and let stand 5 minutes until limp.
Drain.
Combine first ingredients.
Place equal portions of meat in center of leaves.
Fasten sides after folding over and secure with toothpicks.
Place in large pan and combine sauce mixture and taste.
May need more brown sugar.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Baste occasionally.
Makes 5 servings.
