Australian Chocolate Pudding Cake(Self Saucing) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. self-rising flour
    1 dessert spoon cocoa
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar.
    Add beaten egg and mix.
    Add flour (self-rising) and cocoa with milk.
    Mix well and pour into a Bundt pan.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 dessert spoon of cocoa over the top of the mixture.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serve with ice cream.
