Mexican Tequitos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 large potatoes
    1 pkg. fajitas (medium size)
    1 1/2 c. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Scrape meat from potatoes.
    Spoon into fajita. Roll up fajita, edge down.
    Cook in oil, on medium heat, until crisp.
    Drain on paper towel for 5 minutes.
