Cheesy Vegetable Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 1 quart glass bowl.
Microwave at medium-high 2 minutes or until cheese melts, stirring at 1 minute intervals with a wire whisk.
Serve sauce over baked potatoes or other vegetables.
