5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 onion
    4 to 6 carrots
    6 to 7 potatoes
    1 stalk celery
    2 tsp. salt
    pinch of pepper
    1 c. tomato juice
    4 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Do not brown meat.
    Mix together and bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours in covered pan.
