Mozzarella Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste
oregano to taste
4 boneless chicken breasts, cut in half
1/4 c. oleo
1 tsp. basil
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

In shallow bowl, combine egg and milk.
In another bowl combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
Dip each chicken piece in egg mixture, then crumb mixture.
Brown chicken in skillet with oleo, until no longer pink in middle.
Heat sauce in saucepan with basil until warm.
When chicken is done, sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Remove from heat.
Cover and let set 2 to 3 minutes, until cheese melts.
Serve with sauce.
