Lime Steamed Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. fish fillets (flounder or sole)
    juice of 1 lime
    1/4 c. shallots, minced
    fresh ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
    Arrange fillets on a steamer rack over boiling water.
    Squeeze the lime juice over them and top with shallots and black pepper. Cover and steam for about 5 minutes, until fish flakes easily with a fork.
