Baked Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sweet potatoes or partly cooked sweet potatoes
    4 large apples, cored
    1 (14 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    juice from pineapple
    2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    juice from 1 lemon
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Place the first 3 ingredients in dish in layers.
    Add enough water to pineapple juice to make 1 full cup.
    Bring remaining ingredients to boil. Pour over potatoes, etc. in dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
