Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pastry shell
1 lb. vegetable or 1/2 lb. meat
2 1/4 c. grated cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
4 eggs
1 3/4 c. light cream
salt and pepper
Preparation

Bake shell at 400\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
Cook meat or vegetable. Sprinkle 1/2 of the cheese on bottom of cooked pastry shell.
Beat eggs and cream together and pour over cheese.
Sprinkle top with meat or vegetable and remaining cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until set.
