Spaghetti Sauce And Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 cloves garlic
    2 cans Italian tomato paste
    1 large can Italian tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    sprinkle of sweet basil
    sprinkle of mint leaves
    1 small, diced onion
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Put paste in pan with oil and garlic.
    Stir until it beads up; add tomatoes.
    Add 2 tomato paste cans of water.
    Add salt, black pepper, sweet basil and mint leaves.
    Add small, diced onion and sugar.
    Cook slowly for approximately 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Remove the garlic after cooked.
