Meat Loaf-A-La-Sheila - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground round
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
    1 good size chopped sweet onion
    1 green pepper
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 slices bread crumbs (that are soaked in milk)
    catsup (to hold together)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients until it takes form and is holding together.
    Divide into 3 loaf pans.
    Cover the top of the meat loaf with catsup.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven in a pan with water in bottom, about 1 cup.
    Cover with Reynold's Wrap for the first hour and cook 30 minutes, uncovered, to allow it to brown.
