Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut chicken or pork
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. celery
    1 1/2 c. onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 can Chinese vegetables
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet or wok.
    Add meat, celery, onion, pepper and chicken broth.
    Cover and cook until tender.
    Add can Chinese vegetables and mushrooms.
    Mix cornstarch and soy sauce together.
    Add to rest of the ingredients.
    Serve on Chinese noodles or rice.
