Lean Beef 'N' Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 c. shredded green cabbage
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 medium red bell pepper, cored, seeded and cut into thin strips
    1/2 tsp. dried sage leaves
    1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 c. coarsely grated low-fat Swiss cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    In a 12-inch skillet, cook ground beef until well-browned. Using slotted spoon, remove beef to bowl and set aside.
    Add oil to drippings in skillet.
    Heat over medium heat.
    Add cabbage and onion.
    Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are softened.
    Add mushrooms, red bell peppers, sage and black pepper.
    Cook for 5 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in Swiss cheese, reserved beef and salt.
