Old Fashioned Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    6 hard-boiled eggs, cooled, peeled and chopped
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped sweet pickles or pickle relish
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water until fork-tender.
    Cut potatoes into cubes.
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Garnish with additional boiled egg, if desired.
    Yields 6 servings.
