Diabetic Sugarless Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) can frozen unsweetened apple juice concentrate
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. sliced, peeled apples
2 (9-inch) unbaked pie shells
Preparation

Thaw apple juice and combine with flour and cinnamon; mix well.
Pour into a saucepan and cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens.
Remove from heat. Add apples to hot mixture and stir to coat. Spoon into pie shell.
Cover apples with second pie shell and prick well.
Bake in a preheated oven until done, approximately 35 to 45 minutes.
