Baked "Crispy Chicken" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Waverly crackers
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    2-3 lb. chicken breast, skinned
    1 stick butter, melted
    Pepper to taste
Preparation
    Crush Waverly crackers to make dish of crumbs.
    Add milk to beaten egg.
    Dip chicken in egg mixture and roll in crumbs.
    Dip again in mixture and roll a second time in crumb mixture.
    Place chicken in
    glass oven pan.
    Pour melted butter over chicken and sprinkle with pepper.
    Cover tightly with foil.
    Bake 2 hours at 325\u00b0.
