Big Plain Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/4 c. Wesson oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. nuts (pecans or walnuts)
1 c. raisins
5 c. apples (not peeled), chopped or sliced very thin
Preparation

Mix sugar and eggs until good and creamy; add oil and vanilla. Mix well and add flour, salt, soda and cinnamon (sift all this together and then add to creamy mix).
Add nuts and raisins.
Stir raisins in dry flour until will not stick together as bad before putting in mix.
Add apples to batter.
Put into large bread pan or Bundt pan.\tEven out batter; cook 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Cake will rise pretty high.
