Persimmon Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 tsp. soda
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. persimmon pulp
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream margarine, eggs, soda, sugar, persimmon pulp and vanilla.
    Add flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and allspice.
    Mix together with nuts and raisins.
    Bake in tube pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
