Knoephla Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 peeled and diced potatoes
    2 onions, chopped
    1 carrot, chopped
    1/4 c. chicken bouillon
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1/8 Tbsp. chives
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    5 c. water
    1/2 c. butter
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk or 1/2 c. cream
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except milk and chives in a kettle and cook until tender. Add milk and chives and bring to a boil. Add Knoepla, then reduce heat to simmer for 10 minutes.
