Shoepeg Corn Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. mustard (dry or prepared)
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1 can Shoepeg corn
    1 medium green pepper, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small jar pimento
Preparation
    Combine salt, sugar, mustard, vinegar and oil.
    Add rest of ingredients and marinate
    in refrigerator overnight.
    This is a very good keeper.
