Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck or lean beef
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large green bell pepper, chopped
    1 small can mushrooms, drained
    1 small can diced tomatoes
    1/2 c. cooked rice
    ketchup, salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground chuck. Drain. Add onions, peppers and garlic; saute. Add mushrooms and tomatoes. Let simmer on low in a large skillet. Add salt, pepper and ketchup to taste. Add cooked rice. Heat thoroughly.
