Cider Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped celery
    lettuce
    4 c. apple cider
    1 c. chopped apples
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups hot apple cider; stir in raisins. Let cool.
    Add remaining cider and chill until consistency of unbeaten egg white.
    Stir in apples, celery, lemon rind and juice. Pour into lightly oiled 6-cup mold.
    Chill until set.
    Unmold onto lettuce leaves.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
