Diabetic Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. corn oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. liquid sugar substitute
2 eggs
3 large ripe bananas
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 c. raisins
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation

Sift flour and soda.
Add oil and sugar substitute; mix well until light.
Beat eggs.
Add rest.
Beat until well mixed.
Pour into 2 layer pans or pour into 1 long loaf pan (greased and floured).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
