Salmon Party Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 tsp. horseradish
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. snipped parsley
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Remove skin and bones.
    Combine salmon with next 6 ingredients; mix well and chill.
    Form into a log; roll in pecans and parsley.
    Serve chilled with a variety of crackers or vegetables (raw).
