Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. sage or thyme
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
2 Tbsp. butter
4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. cubed chicken or turkey or may use drained canned chicken or turkey
Preparation

Cook frozen vegetables in butter.
Drain.
Combine remaining filling ingredients with vegetables and mix well.
Set aside.
