Dream Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Scald milk.
    Let cool until lukewarm. Add sugar, shortening, yeast and flour.
    Beat until smooth.
    Let rise until double in bulk.
    Work down. Roll out and double back.
    Re-roll and cut with biscuit cutter.
    Let rise and bake at 425\u00b0.
