Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked butternut squash
    3/4 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 c. cracker crumbs
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 jalapeno pepper or 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Cook butternut squash.
    Drain and mash.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Pour in casserole dish and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly and brown.
