Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
    3 medium onions, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
    5 medium potatoes, cut in 1/2 inch pieces
    3 or 4 c. water
    3 cloves garlic or 1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. caraway seed
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. chopped red pepper
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown steak in fat; cook in water until done.
    Add onions and spices.
    Add potatoes and cook until done.
    Thicken with flour.
