Egg Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 Tbsp. chopped onions
1 can bean sprouts
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 small can mushrooms
Preparation

Saute beef and onions in skillet until cooked. Add sprouts, chestnuts and drained mushrooms.
Stir-fry for 2 minutes.
Roll out crescent rolls, flattening with rolling pin. Cut each square in half.
Place 2 or 3 teaspoons of mixture in each half and seal by folding ends of dough together. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
