Cranberry Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. lemon peel
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butter or Crisco, melted
1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce
1/4 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Stir in butter and mix well.
Reserve 1 cup of flour-oat mixture for the topping.
Pat the remaining oat mixture into an ungreased 12 x 7 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
