Chicken Pot Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, split and skinned
    4 medium-size potatoes
    2 large carrots
    1/2 lb. fresh green beans or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
    1 large onion
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    freshly ground black pepper
    1/2 c. dry sherry
Preparation
    Place chicken in large heavy ovenware pot.
    Peel potatoes, slice 1/2-inch thick; place on top of chicken.
    Peel and quarter onion.
    Peel carrots and cut lengthwise.
    Place carrots, beans, parsley flakes and pepper on top of potatoes.
    Pour sherry over all.
    Cover tightly.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 hours.
