Cajun Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 to 3 lb.) fryer
    1/3 tsp. red pepper
    1 Tbsp. yellow mustard
    3 oz. Tabasco
    4 Tbsp. water
    3 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Combine red pepper, yellow mustard, Tabasco and water to make a sauce.
    Cut up fryer into frying pieces; salt chicken pieces. Dip chicken in sauce and roll in flour.
