No Peek Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 (4 oz.) can whole mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. red wine (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a crock-pot, mixing together well. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours.
    Serve over noodles or rice.
