Corn O'Brian - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 oz. chopped bacon
1 oz. chopped sweet pepper
3/4 oz. minced onion
1 can whole kernel corn
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. granulated sugar
1 1/2 tsp. minced pimento
Preparation

Fry bacon and drain. Saute pepper and onion in bacon drippings until tender.
Drain off excess fat.
Drain corn and mix with other ingredients.
Heat to serving temperature, stirring constantly.
