Fruit Cocktail Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. 2% milk
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. drained (lite) fruit cocktail
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine in saucepan, cornstarch and salt.
    Scald milk and slowly add to saucepan.
    Cook slow to thicken, about 3 minutes. Add a little to slightly beaten egg yolks and pour into mixture. Cook 1 minute.
    Remove from heat and add margarine and stir until melted.
    Add 2/3 cup coconut.
    Add vanilla, cinnamon and fruit cocktail.
    Cool slightly and pour into graham cracker crust. Sprinkle top with rest of coconut.
    Chill.
