Escalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread, cubed
    1 medium can chunk pineapple, drained
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar (scant)
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. milk
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Combine bread cubes and pineapple chunks in 2-quart casserole. Beat remaining ingredients together and pour over bread and pineapple.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
